חטיבת הסטודנטים הישראלים לרפואה בחו"ל AIMS|Overseas היא ארגון ללא מטרות רווח, שנוסד בשנת 2021 על ידי מספר סטודנטים. מטרת הארגון היא לדאוג לסטודנטים, להסדיר את מעמדם, ולהעניק להם סיוע במהלך שהותם בחו"ל ובעת חזרתם לארץ. אנו שואפים לשפר את זכויותיהם ולשפר את חוויית הלמידה של הסטודנטים הישראלים הלומדים רפואה בחו"ל. בשנת 2022 הצטרף הארגון ל-ScienceAbroad, ארגון המדענים הישראלים בחו"ל, כחטיבת הסטודנטים הישראלים לרפואה בחו"ל, ובכך קיבל מעמד חוקי כעמותה רשומה בישראל.
