<p>Jackson Potter, Vice President of the Chicago Teachers Union, discusses the tentative agreement between the union and Chicago Public Schools management. The outcome of the TA depends on the vote of the full membership this Thursday and Friday (April 10th and 11th). Potter argues that if ratified, this will be by far the best contract ever negotiated by the CTU. He discusses highlights of the TA, what it took to get here as well as the next steps for the union once a contract is signed.</p>
