來賓：清華大學維修聊天室志工服務隊 - 王竣右、廖庭輝 一群清大的學生和校友，希望宣導愛物惜物的精神、推廣永續循環經濟，他們聚集社區裡喜歡維修的朋友們替居民們免費修理任何壞掉的家電和物品，除了為SDGs做努力外，也增加社區凝聚力，修復現代都市中人與人的疏離；三年內他們維修了806件物品，他們的行動也獲得數十家媒體的主動報導。 原本他們申請教育部青年自主團隊一般型計畫，去年更成功轉型為深耕型計畫。本集節目邀請維修聊天室隊長清華大學學生 王竣右 和志工 廖庭輝，分享他們的服務經驗。

來賓：國立新竹科學園區實驗高級中等學校輔導老師 - 洪宜芳、學生 - 王昊澤、許愷程、詹東銓 會考滿級分才能進到國立新竹科學園區實驗高中就讀，這群學習表現優異的學生們在輔導老師的帶領下，利用寒暑假到新竹縣北埔國中為學生做課業輔導；從111年暑假迄今三年，已做了6次的志工服務。 竹科實中的課輔志工隊不只是替偏鄉的國中生提供課輔和解題，更重要的是分享他們的學習方法；這項服務深受北埔國中的肯定，也已經成為竹科實中的傳統；本集節目邀請竹科實中輔導室老師 洪宜芳，和學生 王昊澤、許愷程、詹東銓 分享他們的服務經驗。
