<p>大家都经历过一种每次渴望做某件事，或者养成一个好习惯，比如锻炼，写作，学英语——</p><p>我们可能买了很多计划本，做了无数个计划但是都打水漂了。</p><p>打水漂以后有时候还会陷入一种自我谴责，为什么别人可以做到，但我做不到。是我意志力不够吗？还是我的动力不足？还是我就是哪里不如人？</p><p>这种内耗很自然的生出来了。</p><p>但其实呢，只是我们的方法用错了。</p><p>我之前读过很多关于好习惯的书，也实践过，但是最后都效果甚微。直到我在朋友的推荐下读了这本微习惯。</p><p>我读了，实践了。</p><p>最后发现这本书里面说的东西真的——有点东西。</p><p>这次播客来迟了，但是我相信，这是一期有经历的节目，因为我没有只是读一读这本书，我是实打实地试过，不仅顺着作者说的方法去做，也逆着微习惯的原理反着错了一回。</p><p>这才有了最后的一个实践反馈报告。</p><p>如果你听了节目以后，有所收获，期待您的留言和加入。</p><p>也希望这期节目对收听节目的你有所帮助。</p><p>我是醉醉。</p><p>下期见。</p>
