在中國傳統哲學與醫學中”氣”是一個不可或缺的重要概念,也是人們認識並解釋自然現象的一個重要工具。天有天氣,地有地氣,人有人氣,生有生氣,死有死氣。在《莊子.知北遊》裡面說“氣”就是生命的源頭,“人之生,氣之聚也;聚則為生,散則為死”這裡"氣”就是生命的源頭,"。人死了,就沒”氣”了,就沒有呼吸了,這是古人早已發現的事實。生與死都是與”氣”分不開的。這個”氣”是我們呼吸的”氣”嗎?當然需要靠空氣,一部份來自於呼吸,但更多指的現代生物化學中是一種核苷酸,在我們的細胞裡面,作為細胞內能量傳遞的「能量貨幣」,儲存和傳遞化學能三磷酸腺苷(ATP),在核酸合成中也具有重要作用。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>

世間萬物都離不開陽光的照耀,我們人體也是一樣的。在人體這個設計精密的小宇宙裏,同樣需要陽氣的溫煦,才能夠充滿鮮活的生命力。黃帝內經《素問.生氣通天論》說到:「陽氣者,若天與日失其所,則折壽而不彰」。明代著名醫學家張景嶽就說:「生殺之道,陰陽而已,陽來則物生,陽去則物死」。也就是說,人的生命繫於陽氣,只有固護陽氣才能百病不生,人們才能擁有鮮活的生命力。而我們養生的重點就在於養護身體內的陽氣。《黃帝內經》裡說:"陽者衛外而為固也",就是指人體有抵御外邪的能力,這種能力就是陽氣。在中醫裡又叫" 衛陽"、"衛氣"。衛就是衛兵、保衛的意思。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>

大家好我是李淳廉,食物當中與深具來的味道,酸苦甘辛鹹這五味,不僅僅不只是嘗起來的味道差異,事實上對身體來說也是各有其功效的。黃帝內經 《素問.藏氣法時論》有云,『肝色青,宜食甘,粳米、牛肉、棗、葵皆甘。心色赤,宜食酸,小豆、犬肉、李、韭皆酸。肺色白,宜食苦,麥、羊肉、杏、薤皆苦。脾色黃,宜食鹹,大豆、豕肉、栗、藿皆鹹。腎色黑,宜食辛,黃黍、雞肉、桃、蔥、皆辛、辛散,酸收,甘緩,苦堅,鹹軟』也就是春天養肝,宜吃甘;夏天養心,宜吃酸;長夏養脾,宜吃鹹;秋天養肺,宜吃苦;冬天養腎,宜吃辛。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
