廖朝骥博士，马来西亚华人学者，著名时事评论人，现任马来西亚新纪元大学学院助理教授、媒体传播与影视演艺学院院长。廖博士主持多档节目： 《 Aifm爱下班聊天下-国际廖理》：每逢周三傍晚7pm-8pm,廖朝骥博士做客马来西亚国营电台爱FM（AIFM），分析一周国际焦点新闻。 《廖聊地名》 爱FM电台单元节目，廖朝骥博士改编著名地方文史作家雷子健先生（ 胡一刀）的专栏文字，畅聊马来西亚华文地名。这些现在依旧使用的马来西亚华文地名，或曾经在旧报刊、长辈的记忆中出现的路名、地名，都是记忆，也是有趣的掌故。这些故事除了记录了先民的生活足迹，也是马来西亚人在这片土地生活的记忆。 《说好华语》是一个针对马来西亚朋友平时混用方言及不恰当使用华语的学习小单元。由廖朝骥博士原声配音，示范不恰当或不正确的本地腔华语，然后由爱FM DJ日婷举例说明正确的词语及使用方式。这是一个深受听众喜欢的小单元，因为大家平时都这样说，没有注意到语误的情况。此外，廖博士的本色演出，极具戏剧效果，常让大家在收听时，忍俊不住。 《 爱谈天下事-一周国际焦点》廖朝骥博士做客马来西亚国营电台爱FM（AIFM），点评马来西亚国内时事，分析国际焦点新闻。 《博士来聊》是一档研究者、学术爱好者、知识人、文化人对谈，分享研究心得、谈书和论学的爱FM电台节目。
