<p>这期播客想跟大家聊聊我“焦虑症”的经历,我也知道,现在“焦虑症”、“抑郁症”等一些情绪病越来越呈年轻化趋势,其实我想说的是,经过这两年,我越发觉得世上没有绝对的好事,也没有绝对的坏事,就像“焦虑症”的到来,更多的是让我开始看到自己、爱自己,关注当下,发现美好,而不是再像之前行尸走肉般一样没有灵魂的活着,虽然曾经我很痛苦过,很无助过,但是我现在变的更勇敢、更尊重自己、更珍惜每一天,如果你现在也在经历着痛苦,希望这期播客能带给你一些力量!</p><p>02:56 近期的一项临时任务让我开始焦虑,出现躯体症状</p><p>20:14 从2022年9月到2023年9月,我经历过6次惊恐反应</p><p>23:17 出现第一次惊恐反应不代表你才有焦虑症,至少需要往前推半年到一年</p><p>24:442022年9月那次吃小龙虾的晚上,我一下子出现两次惊恐反应</p><p>35:42 2023年9月我开始寻求心理干预</p><p>37:58 一般心理疾病都可以追根溯源到原生家庭的影响,我也不例外</p><p>40:46 我帮我妈妈打开了心结</p><p>44:40 面对“恐惧本身”的最直接的办法就是用行动去克服</p><p>48:13 我变得更勇敢了</p><p>49:41 我从去年9月到现在一直坚持在做的两件事:运动、写日记</p><p>背景音乐:</p><p>告别忧郁——李克勤</p><p>when you believe——玛利亚凯丽、惠特尼休斯顿</p><p>骑在银龙的背上——中岛美嘉</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
