In this episode we're talking with Mike Holmstrom from Bodie Designs Woodworking who will be teaching many of the turning classes at MontCo Makers. We discuss all the kinds of classes, the atmosphere we're trying to create, and what it takes to make a profit at farmer's markets. We are also getting extremely close to securing the bank loan to open, and we're keeping our eye on a May/June opening date! Classes, shirts, and gift cards are now all available from the website! That is the best way to support us! www.montco-makers.com @MontCoMakers @bodiedesignsww @WhoaShopWoodworking @MakeItWhileYouFakeIt

MontCo Makers is now actively in talks with the bank, and the business plan and financials are looking incredibly positive! We're making this thing happen, and it's getting closer and closer to a reality. This episode talks about the joy that is Maker Camp and how we're going to build out MontCo Makers once the facility is secured. Also my wife's here, and that's always a good time! ;-) @MontcoMakers @WhoaShopWoodworking @MakeItWhileYouFakeIt https://www.montco-makers.com https://patreon.com/MontCoMakers

I talk with Paul Mencel, founder of Philadelphia Table Company and his new venture Hand Crafted Success, where he teaches other woodworkers how to build their business. From his beginnings in a small garage to his current 10+ employee operation, he has build his business to last and he may be bringing some of those classes to MontCo Makers. https://gofund.me/df3c7969 https://www.montco-makers.com https://instagram.com/handcraftedsuccess https://instagram.com/philadelphiatablecompany https://instagram.com/montcomakers https://instagram.com/makeitwhileyoufakeit https://instagram.com/whoashopwoodworking
