【米高筆記】 像圍棋這樣的冷門運動，能有黑嘉嘉這樣實力與外貌兼備的職業選手出現，對運動的推廣其實極為有助。若過份囿於傳統，只會扼殺運動生機。 《AlphaGo世紀對決》以移居法國的棋手樊麾做開場，頗為值得玩味，在整套紀錄片中他也成了令人難忘的角色；至於主軸的李世石對AlphaGo人機大戰，五盤棋相當具戲劇張力，事後也令人不免沉思。 AI在體育方面如今已有極大發展，單是創造AlphaGo的Google Deepmind已在圍棋以外涉足了足球及乒乓球。以後AI如何影響體育界，以至我們最切身的本職工作，很值得好好思考。 【思考題】 在你感興趣的體育項目中，AI出現了在哪裡？如果不知，不妨上網google一下，然後不妨想想以後AI可以繼續在你感興趣既體育項目之中，如何發揮影響力。 你所從事既職業之中，AI的「入侵」情況又如何？你的工作會否輕易被AI取代？如果會，你有何打算？ -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>

【米高筆記】 1. 《Rafa》這本回憶錄是拿度24歲時的回憶，書的主軸是2008年溫網男單決賽對費達拿的一場經典大戰。從這一場，拿度插敘了許多成長回憶，讀後會令你對他有更立體的了解。而他詳述置身場中的感受，亦使讀者知道道頂尖球手在決戰時刻究竟在想甚麼。 2. 《Rafa》之特別，在於同時由另一位資深記者約翰卡連（John Carlin）執筆，他以第三者角度側寫、補充了拿度既回憶，滲入不少社會文化觀察，令此書內容更豐富。 【思考題】 1. 拿度之所以成為拿度，叔父托尼角色極為重要角色。書中可見，托尼叔叔絕對地當了醜人，對姪兒不停潑冷水，然後冷酷無情迫他訓練。細心想的話，托尼角色並不易為。大家在過去日子中，有沒有遇過類似的親人、教練或上司？想起來，他們會不會才是能助你成功的人？又換了要你要去指導別人，你是否覺得要做到這樣，或至少有時要嚴格如斯，才可成功訓練出人才？ 2. 如果你是拿度之父母，看到兒子接受如此嚴格訓練，可能無情到你自己都覺得受不了，你還會否叫兒子堅持落下去？還是不如算吧，運動而已，何須認真？讀好書，才是王道？ 【延伸觀賞】 1. 【米高筆記】 The Edge of Everything是套難得的體育紀錄片，它近距離追蹤一位已經46歲的世界冠軍如何尋求突破。在「不許人間見白頭」的體育世界，這可算是個特別案例。對於世界桌球歷史，這套片的出現，也等於留低了一份珍貴紀錄。然而它的觀賞門檻並不低，它要求觀眾對奧蘇的背景有一定認識，才體會到其中精粹。 【思考題】 你會不會想有奧蘇的高天賦， 有這樣獨特的人生？已得到六屆世界冠軍之後，很多人已覺得你是這門運動中的其中一位史上最佳，你還會不會選擇精益求精，在一個根本對很多人來說算是退休的年紀，仍然選擇邁步向前？ 【延伸閱讀】 奧蘇的幾本自傳。如果你碰巧是跑者，更加推薦2014年出版的《Running》。這本簡直是奧蘇對跑步的一大封情書。 Eurosport在奧蘇奪得第七次世界冠軍之後，拍了一套名為《Seventh Heaven》的紀錄片。將這一套片跟The Edge of Everything做比較、參考，相信會頗有趣。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
