<p>我們是三位產兒科護理師，因為在醫院執業時接觸太多需要心靈支持、實際協助及抒發窗口的媽咪，所以共創了這個地方，除了媽媽喘息之外，同時讓女性身心靈療癒，好好放鬆！ <br />成為媽媽後好像就要一瞬間長大，但事實上沒有人教「媽媽」這個角色要如何扮演，默默的就把所有責任都往身上攬，包括這最甜蜜的負擔－孩子，有些人不懂擔任全職媽媽帶孩子為什麼辛苦？有些人還需要回到職場，剩下瑣碎的時間，也全都跟孩子綁在一塊，忽略了自己也是需要休息、一個簡單的「Me Time」，因此我們希望提供一個放鬆身心靈的地方，給各位女性或媽媽們一個不必奔波、不必擔心孩子的舒適空間，來到這裡可以得到完全的舒壓，並帶著笑容回家。 <br />『好好愛自己』是很重要的！ <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
