<p>因為時代變遷，食安以及飲食習慣改變，民眾更加注重有機食材。因此在這個Podcast裡，我們希望能夠在說故事的同時，致力於教育聽眾有關食農教育，以及環境共生等有機生態的知識。從最初的種植、水土保持，一路到運送、經銷等步驟，我們將會詳細介紹「有機生態鏈」是如何實施。 <br />利用Podcast形式，當地青年親自述說如何決定返鄉耕種，致力推廣當地香蕉作物，以達到地方創生。我們希望用面對面的對話，來了解這段歷程上遇到的障礙以及成就，像是經銷商有時刻意壓低價格，或是自身是如何讓當地農民願意相信一個涉世未深的返鄉青年。與此同時，利用一個個故事去抓住聽眾的耳朵，把當初的辛苦談原汁原味的述說給聽眾，希望這些故事能讓一些迷茫的青年找到出路，亦或是讓一般聽眾了解何謂「回留」以及「食農教育」。 <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
