ようこそ、ねこ子ＴＶへ！ 私ねこ子の配信を聴取いただきましてありがとうございます。 断酒を中心とした自身の健康活動で得た知識や考え方を発信しております。 ▼当チャンネルで伝えたい５つのテーマ ◎ダイエット→1年半で19kgのダイエットに成功し現在もヤセた状態をキープ。運動や食事改善等ダイエット実践を通じて得た効果的な知識や経験をお届け。 ◎玄米菜食→肉・乳製品を控える玄米と野菜中心の食生活・漢方薬で体質改善が叶い、PMSもほぼ完治。 ◎ランニング→独学でランニングを開始、33歳でハーフマラソンを完走。現在も日々ランニングを継続中。 ◎ミニマリスト→中古の一軒家(築24年3LDK)を大規模捨て活。大量の不用品を処分し、ミニマリストを目指す。 ◎断酒→アルコール依存症の主婦が、医師・専門家・薬等にも一切頼らず、100%自己流の方法で断酒成功。2019年6月より断酒を開始。断酒生活実践で得た気付きや実感を動画でお届け。 【お知らせ】 3月25日20時の放送をもって、Podcastでの新規音声配信を終了いたします。 今後もYouTubeの方では動画配信というかたちで発信は継続して参ります。 ゼヒYouTubeチャンネルの方へも遊びにお越しくださいませ。 これまでありがとうございましたm(_ _)m
