<p>先日出かけた京橋のアーティゾン美術館、ブランクーシ「本質を象る」展で挙げられていた作家の言葉 ー真なるものとは、外面的な形ではなく、観念、つまり事物の本質であるー に、『太極拳のすすめ』で名時先生の書いている、五感を磨くことが人間に与えられた幸福には違いないが、ほんとうのもの、真実は見えるもの、きこえるもの、さわれるもの、味わえるものの奥にある、太極拳をひたすらに舞うことで、声なきを聴き形なきを視る、という礼記をひいて太極拳の楽しさを紹介した記述を思い出しました。</p> <p>展示会場では垂直に天へ向かう空間の鳥の姿に、白鶴亮翅の姿が立ち上がってくるようでした。太極拳、自分の頭の中の流れや理解を体で追いかけていくのではなく、どうしたら、自身の体を支える自然に素直に動いていけるのか。本質を象る、という展覧会のタイトルは稽古を考える上でもどきっとする示唆に満ちています。</p> <p>太極拳はやっぱり楽しい、太極拳のすすめの言葉に、すこし近づいたような、そんな思いになった話です。</p> <p>ブランクーシ展は7月7日まで</p>

<p>美しい5月の風の中、お山の自然に抱かれての太極拳に、ああいつもこんなふうにいられたらなあ〜と、視線が広がり呼吸がやわらぐのを感じました。 <br>太極拳するすぐそばの池では、蒲をのぼり飛び立とうとするトンボたちの羽化する姿を見られたのも私は初めてのことで、季節がめぐる中での一瞬の神秘に触れたようでした。 <br>今回は新たな場所でみなさまとお会いでき、両日とも天候に恵まれ、謝天、謝地、謝人、この日この時この場にこの顔ぶれに、感謝の思いがいっぱいです。太極拳がめざす内外相合、空の晴れや曇りより、人とつながっていく和って尊いのかもと新たに学んだ機会でした。</p> <p>謝謝！再見！</p> <p><br></p>

<p>この春はみなさまお世話になりました。太極拳の皆さまから父のことを伺い、東慶寺で法事に際してさまざまなことを教わりました。みなさまありがとうございました。</p> <p>4月から、子どもたちは入学、進級して新たなスタートを迎えました。ほっとしたこの連休の後半は、３年前からあたためていた蒜山での太極拳の会にでかけます！岡山、広島、鳥取、そして大阪や高知からのご参加とてもうれしく、お目にかかるのが楽しみです。</p> <p><br></p>
