<p></p><p>富察（本名李延賀）是八旗文化總編輯，出生於中國遼寧，2005年與台灣妻子結婚後，移居台灣發展多年並已取得居留證。2023年3月他回中國探親，卻與親友失去聯繫，自此音訊全無。許多關心富察失蹤案的朋友，在過去兩年間不斷發聲、追蹤事件的發展，但進展有限。就在富察失蹤將屆滿兩年之際，3月17日中國官方發布消息：富察已於2月17日經一審宣判，但審判結果為何，當時仍未言明。直到3月26日，在日本廣播協會記者的追問下，才再度透露富察被依「煽動分裂國家罪」判處有期徒刑3年。</p><p>本集節目邀請曾任職八旗文化、後為「聲援富察連署工作小組」成員、現為左轉有書書店員工的王家軒，以及資深譯者、專研當代中國研究的世新大學社發所副教授兼所長溫洽溢，分別就法律、人權、言論自由、國際關係等層面剖析，探究富察案說明了什麼？為什麼台灣人應該關注此案？</p><p></p>
