After a cinematic weekend in Tuscaloosa, Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson are back to discuss everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more. Here's your trip around the bases:

At the Plate (0:00-34:01): Tom and Gray go over the mostly good and sparse meh and bad after a home series win over Oklahoma that had all the drama a softball fan could want. Then, the guys preview the Tide’s upcoming road series at Florida.

Advancing to First (34:10-50:35): Tom and Gray go over the SEC series results, including Karlyn Pickens going off in Austin, Texas A&M sweeping LSU, the offensive slugfest between Auburn and Georgia, and much more. Plus—Stock Up, Stock Down is back!

Stealing Second (50:45-1:23:25): For the first time, ESPN analyst and softball legend Danielle Lawrie joins the show to discuss Alabama-Oklahoma, the mindset of pitchers, Karlyn Pickens, how she’d pitch to Bri Ellis, Arizona-Texas Tech, UCLA-Oregon, and more.

Rounding Third (1:23:33-1:37:07): Bracketology returns! Gray presents his Top 16 seed list and then answers questions about it from Tom. Then, the guys look at big games this week around the country.

Heading Home (1:37:16-2:15:05): To close the show, it’s time for picks! Tom and Gray make selections around the league as well as two huge non-SEC matchups. Then, the guys dive into an “Off the Wall” that addresses some of the things said about players and coaches, perpetual Off the Wallers, and some needed perspective for fans of the opponent.

Note: The Crimson Tide Sports Network’s softball radio team is back, but with a new affiliate!
