澳洲和台灣一樣有正職和兼職以外，還有一個大家最喜歡的 Casual ，在台灣應該是被稱為臨時工，這個僱傭型態的時薪非常好～ 也是許多(老)包包們唯一選擇，開玩笑滴，正職的薪水也很好啦，還可以幫老闆省錢（大誤），開玩笑滴，正職就是可以請“帶薪”病假和其他有薪假期，澳洲的僱傭型態的優缺點就在這一集。
