<p><em>Lessons in Chemistry</em> by Bonnie Garmus is one that we've had on our minds for awhile - and after Vicky finished it we knew we had to get into it. We do a deep dive into the plot line, our likes and dislikes, and some discourse on choice feminism!</p><br><p>TW: Mentions of assault from around 10:30 to 10:45</p><br><p>As always:</p><p>Website: <a href="https://pagebreak.simplecast.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>pagebreak.simplecast.com</strong></a></p><p>Tiktok - Pagebreakpodcast</p><p>Instagram - <a href="https://www.instagram.com/pagebreakpodcast/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>pagebreakpodcast</strong></a></p><p>Email - <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>[email protected]</strong></a></p><br><p>See you in a month!</p><br /><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast. <p>We are finally seniors, which means 2024 is our graduation year! With that comes a lot of uncertainty about our future and the choices we're going to make - so what better place to turn to than some books! In this episode, we analyze books where we feel the characters or authors made good choices, and ones in which we felt they could have done a lot better...because sometimes even the most plot-advancing decision is not the right one. Even we were surprised by the depth of analysis on this one, so tune in for some thought (and laugh) provoking discussion!</p><br><p>As always:</p><p>Website: <a href="https://pagebreak.simplecast.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>pagebreak.simplecast.com</strong></a></p><p>Tiktok - Pagebreakpodcast</p><p>Instagram - <a href="https://www.instagram.com/pagebreakpodcast/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>pagebreakpodcast</strong></a></p><p>Email - <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>[email protected]</strong></a></p><br /><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast. <p>We have read a LOT of books in the past month. So for this episode, we decided to do a deep dive into these books, and analyze both them and the themes they talk about (very English class, we know!) We promise it's more than the socratic seminars you have in class, so tune in!</p><br><p>TW: Mentions of ED from around 3:30 to 4</p><br><p>As always:</p><p>Website: <a href="https://pagebreak.simplecast.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>pagebreak.simplecast.com</strong></a></p><p>Tiktok - Pagebreakpodcast</p><p>Instagram - <a href="https://www.instagram.com/pagebreakpodcast/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>pagebreakpodcast</strong></a></p><p>Email - <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>[email protected]</strong></a></p><br /><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast.
