新手爸媽開心迎接新生命的同時，也要小心媽媽殺手「產後憂鬱症」，《蘋果播客》這回邀請到過來人台灣女星曾雅蘭，分享她如何走出產後憂鬱症的陰霾，她回憶當年懷胎7個月時，情緒接近崩潰邊緣，差點選擇輕生，產後更常和老公侯昌明大吵，還要照顧生病的公公，種種來自家人壓力和荷爾蒙作祟，讓她甚至激動到撞牆，幸好老公是神隊友，一直在背後支持她，更鼓勵她多出門工作、加上痛苦時妹妹的貼心陪伴、多運動、就醫等積極努力，成功擺脫鬱卒、重拾歡顏。
