分署在110年10月拍定一筆「香腸地」，這塊地地形特殊，坐落於屏東市區二棟透天建物間，長度16公尺，寬度僅約35公分，非常狹長，10年間歷經15次拍賣，終於以28萬9000元的底價拍定。 期間執行署曾經找了好多人特地開會討論這塊賣不掉的地，最後完成這樁不可能任務的黃勻白書記官，要來說說這個天道酬勤的故事，還有教大家怎麼買法拍不動產唷：）
