今回の第二回締約国会議には、全体で締約国59ヵ国、オブザーバー参加35ヵ国(34)、NGOとしては700人を超える122団体が参加しました。 「核被害者フォーラム」では、核被害当事者と接する時には、 ・核被当事者の方々の人権を意識すること ・リスペクトと相互性を大切にする などの重要性が話されました。当事者の方々が作ったガイドラインのリンクを貼っておきますので見てみてください。 https://nucleartruthproject.org/protocols/

原水爆禁止日本協議会と、オーストリア政府のサイドイベント「人類と核兵器は共存できない -ひばくは核兵器禁止条約を支持する-」 オーストリア、日本原水爆被害者団体協議会(被団協)、韓国原爆被害者協会、マーシャル教育イニシアチブ、先住民世界協会、の方々から発言がありました。 原爆被害、核実験の被害、大元にあるウラン採掘や核兵器製造での被害について、それぞれの地域から、核被害者の状況や思いを伝えていただきました。
