<p>On this week’s episode of Politricking with Tshidi Madia, UDM Leader and Deputy Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Bantu Holomisa joins Tshidi Madia for a sit down in studio. A man considered to be an elder in politics and having experienced both the GNUs that have existed in South Africa. He opens the conversation by sharing his thoughts on the current government national unity and compares it to the previous one in 1994. When asked about the survival of this current GNU, he expresses confidence about its survival and says even if the DA were to leave the coalition, it would still survive. He goes on to sure he thoughts on the pressing issue of the budget vote and what the stance of his party has been on the proposed VAT hike. He speaks about the voice of the smaller parties like the UDM in the GNU. The conversation moves onto the SADC mission in the DRC and what went wrong.He also shares his thoughts on how the leadership involved in mission have handled the matter.
