<p>某小売業に所属しスーパーのチーフを行っている大橋さんへのインタビュー。</p><p>「デジタル化に置いていかれる不安」を抱えていた際、人事面談をきっかけにプロトアウト研修に参加。</p><p>makeやlinebot、copilotを活用し、商品位置を教えてくれるLINEbotやシフト自動入力システムを開発。「作業としては小さいが、絶対必要かつ長時間になる作業」を的確に捉え効率化することで、日々の業務負担を軽減。</p><p>研修を通じて得たのは技術だけでなく、「新しいことへの挑戦と開拓する楽しさ」や「人からのアドバイスを聞く姿勢」。今では同僚からツール開発を依頼されるほど頼られる存在になっています。</p><p>現場の課題に向き合いながらデジタルスキルを身につけたい方、さらには実業務に活かし業務改善したい方必聴です！</p>

<p>総務部で人事以外全ての後方業務に従事している畠さんへのインタビュー。</p><p>研究案内の際に業務時間が削減された事例を聞き、プロトアウト研修に興味をもつ。事故発生対応や内部監査業務など、仕事で関わっている多くのスタッフに技術を伝えそれぞれの困難を解決したいと言う思いでプロトアウト研修に参加する。</p><p>デジタル用語もわからない中、100％理解できなくても8割の理解で、まず手を動かすと言う担任の言葉を受け、自部署の2時間かかっていた集計業務を20分に効率化。</p><p>その後、「DXは畠さん」と思われるまでに。業務改善の結果を聞いた方々から勉強会を依頼されたり、人事部の方からも相談を受け勤怠不備があった際の申請書のペーパーレス化を推進したりするまでに。周囲の困りごとに敏感で多くのコミュニケーションをとりDX化の文化醸成を進める。</p><p>他部署との協調も得意な畠さん、今後の展望を語っています。</p><p>現場の課題を解決したいと言う行動力のある方必聴です！</p>
