In this episode, we talk about what makes a woman strong. Why is it important to be strong in general? Why it's important to be strong as a woman, especially while raising children in the world today. How strong women means strong mothers, which leads to a better society. How being strong also is one of the best ways to be happy. The conversation about being strong is not only about the ability to take hard challenges in life but in rising above them too. To develop the patience, awareness and discipline to learn the lessons and prevent the issues from resurfacing. To be aware of the situations that cause the challenges to occur or recur in our lives and how to spot them, handle them with humility and maturity. It is important to note that strong women are born to parents who raise them strong. It starts from a young age or ideally, it is good to start raising young girls into young women. In everyday practice and situations that allow us to encourage our girls to be strong, resilient, smart and brave. To raise our sons to love and support women and raise them up. To protect them and take care of their spirits and build strength. To recognize that words and feelings play a big part in harnessing that strength. The more positive the environment is, the more it encourages a little girl ( or boy ) and a turbulent or habitually stressful surrounding diminishes one's strength. It builds self-doubt, worry, hopelessness and demotivation. Notice the title doesn't say to raise better kids. It states to raise kids better. It starts with the parent and how they raise their kids that determines the success of bringing up their children up well. The goal is not to make the kids better but to be better and be the example of strength. To show your kids your reaction and style in finding solutions. In the most peaceful and thoughtful way to create balance, harmony and progress in life. To set boundaries, conditions and values that support good behavior, character building and a positive and healthy mindset. This episode discusses how little girls need guidance of right and good. To be reminded of their power they are born with that we as parents must protect and develop in every moment. It reminds us to always be aware of our strength, that it doesn't really ever leave us. It's always there and we just need to find the ways to refuel it in our every day. That it is a powerful part of addressing the challenges of life and for parents, it is a significant element in raising our kids well- especially now.

Thank you for being here and joining the conversation.
