<p>Sequoyah sherrill is a passionate advocate for mental health in general but most importantly in her community, hihglighting the importance of black therapists and cultural competency in treatment. She currently serves as cofounder and CEO of OnMyCouchhh a wellness collective and consulting agency founded to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health in the black community. </p> <p>This was such a full conversation and so many gems were dropped regarding balancing your breakthrough with breathwork.
