<p>Professionally qualified in engineering with a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree from the University of Cape Town, and in commerce with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), Regan Adams has experience with multiple global organizations - including BNP Paribas, the largest bank in France, one of the world's largest banks and owner of RCS.</p><p>Regan serves as Chief Executive Officer for RCS, as an executive director for various subsidiary RCS Boards, as Chairman for CapeBPO – the Western Cape industry body for offshoring focused on bringing international investors to the Western - and hence creating jobs for youth, He is a Trustee of Hillsong Africa Foundation, and a non-executive director of iHub Africa, an NPO innovation hub focused on training youth from disadvantaged backgrounds in digital marketing skills for employment. Regan's absolute passion for the development of young people led him to lead a partnership between RCS and TSIBA which has extended well over a decade.</p>

<p>Camaren is an Associate Professor with the Allan Gray Centre for Values-Based Leadership at the Graduate School of Business and the Executive Head and Director of the Centre for Analytics and Behavioural Change (CABC), a non-profit organization established to track and counter mis- and disinformation and polarising, divisive rhetoric promulgated online to undermine social cohesion and democratic integrity. Camaren holds a cum laude BSc (Hons) degree in theoretical physics, an MSc in astrophysics and a PhD in Business Administration. His academic research and practice leverages complexity theory to tackle the grand challenges of the 21st Century. These range from political, technological and socio-cultural transitions and their implications, to powerful global change phenomena such as the fourth industrial revolution, urbanization, resource scarcity, ecosystem degradation and climate change. As an author, Camaren has published in both theory and practice and has worked with a variety of global institutions and organizations.</p>
