<p> もう2月。時間を早く感じます。思い出すのは2つの説。</p> <p><br>１．年齢を重ねるごとに時間を早く感じる<br>２．楽しいことをしてるとき、時間を早く感じる</p> <p><br>１はたぶん間違え。</p> <p><br>高齢者にとって、時間は長いものだそうです。とくに仕事を辞め、没頭できる趣味もない高齢者にとっては。あるベテラン医師の方が言ってました。</p> <p><br>小学生の頃、夏休みはいつも遥か遠い先のことだったの覚えてます？でもそれは若かったからではなく、授業が退屈だったから。</p> <p><br>なので私は２に一票。</p> <p><br>夏休み、大晦日にお正月。ゴールデンウイークも。楽しい時は、すごいスピードでぐるぐる回ってきます。</p> <p><br>誕生日も。。どんどん歳を取るのは怖いけど。</p> <p><br>もうすぐ冬は終わり、また暖かい季節が戻ってきます。時間を早く感じるのは、いいことなのです。</p> <p><br>まもなく桜も咲きますね。</p>

<p>読書は夜じゃなくて朝にしようと思ったんです。<br>それで思いきってベッドを部屋の中央に移動しました。窓側に頭を置いて、どちらに寝そべっても朝日で本が読めるようにしたのです。布団から一歩も出ずに、カーテンも開けられる配置です。<br>ぐうたらな考えではありますが大成功。暖かい布団でぬくぬくしながら、ふやふやの脳みそで読書を楽しんでおります。朝がちょっと好きになりました。 ベッドをちょっとずらしたら、生活習慣が変わりました。</p> <p>ニューヨークにいた頃、ある友達が部屋のアレンジの楽しさを教えてくれたのを思い出しました。 </p>

<p>昨日久しぶりにLinkedInを開いてみたら、仲良しだった古くからの友達がでてきました。</p> <p>彼は建築家として大成功してました。</p> <p>昔から彼には建築の世界で成功するという夢があって、それにむかって頑張っていました。</p> <p>そして夢を達成したんですね。うれしいし、誇らしく思いました。</p> <p>やりたいことがわかっている人は成功できます。</p> <p>でも、やりたいことがわからないことにもメリットがあるんですよ。</p> <p>いま目の前にある「面白そうだな」と思ったことを、すぐに始められるってこと。</p> <p>先に目標がないから、それに縛られることもないってわけです。</p>
