生活中，總有許多機會碰出略有智慧的「幹話」。今天，同事老師問了很棒的問題：「有願就有力這話句是對的嗎?」 "有願就有力"（"Where there's a will, there's a way"） 很顯明，在台灣，很多地方能看到這些雞湯，餐廳、賣場，或許多人的家裡都會貼。但也少有人去思索這在講什麼？或者是這有沒有bug，這樣一定都是對的？ 這句話當然表達的是一種積極的人生態度，強調了目標與決心對於成功的重要性。然而，這並不意味著只要有意願，結果就一定會符合期待。 別忘了，結果是由多重因素影響的，所以才有「媽的多重元宇宙」這電影，這多重因素當也產生了多種平行時空與結果。 還有，理想與現實中的差距是？我小時候想當太空人，使我有著堅定的意志和不懈的努力，實際結果可能仍受限於現實條件的限制。我的腦袋程度，我的身材，我的國籍…，雖然許多人可能都非常努力，但並非每個人都能達到頂尖水平，還好我一直以來都沒有非常努力。 最常聽到學生說的，我有讀書呀，但是就是考不好，這是很明顯的努力與結果的不對等，明明只有前一晚上讀書，就想考高分，有願就有力?你的力完全跟不上你的願，那最後只是騙自己。 說了這麼多，那如果不如願，那當初的有願和有力是否就帶來更多的苦痛？有可能，當不合意，就開始了苦，反過來，合意了，你就能到處和別人說，這句話真好用，要大家廣為流傳，最好是變成一句口號。 口號就是簡化過的童話人生，與現實就有距離，所以我試著拉近這距離，我重新來把這句話補充完整。 有願就有力，結果如何都合意 ---李宛青 這樣可以看到，這句話中充滿了，樂觀主義的生活態度，這是很好的開端，在追求目標過程中，結果不一定盡如人意，但是努力中的經驗是有價值的，而最終的接受與調適是重要KEY POINT，在不可控的人生旅程中，我們找到積極的意義，是調適機制重要的展現。 你是要追求目標的，但別忘了保持現實感，接受現實可能與期望的差距，並都好、都好。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
