<p>小額贊助支持本節目： <a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/ckertsq8x4dpg08398uqpirqy" target="_blank">https://open.firstory.me/user/ckertsq8x4dpg08398uqpirqy</a> <br />留言告訴我你對這一集的想法： <a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/ckertsq8x4dpg08398uqpirqy/comments">https://open.firstory.me/user/ckertsq8x4dpg08398uqpirqy/comments</a> <br />每一天，我會在早上六點，用幾分鐘的時間，解惑一個你人生經常遇到的難題，歡迎您收聽！ <br /> <br />2023年已推出《輕鬆學會科學八字推理》，歡迎舊雨新知的朋友，繼續給文堡老師不吝的支持！感謝！ <br /> <br />最近，我遇到一位客戶，他的故事讓我感到不可思議。 <br /> <br />她，是一名銀行業務員，薪資穩定，經濟條件不錯，可她有個長期經營民宿的小姑，這幾年因為地震、疫情等因素，生意大受影響，資金出現極大缺口。偏偏她的先生不太在意金錢，更重視親情，只要家人有困難，他總是毫不猶豫地伸出援手。而他的太太——也就是這位業務員的嫂嫂，則直接找上了我的客戶，向她借了一筆錢。 <br /> <br />這筆錢，並不是他們的閒置存款，而是透過理財型房貸與增額空間貸款籌來的，這代表每個月都要支付利息，但即便如此，他們還是把錢資助給了小姑，期望能幫她度過難關。 <br /> <br /><strong>人性使然，資助成了習慣</strong> <br /> <br />本來以為只是短暫的金援，沒想到這一借，就是好幾年。這段期間，資助的金額不斷累積，直到現在，總額已經超過七、八百萬！當我聽到這個數字時，實在難以置信，怎麼會有人用這種方式資助親戚？更讓我驚訝的是，直到去年，他仍然每個月陸續給小姑匯款10萬元。 <br /> <br />我想，這樣的幫助，恐怕早已變成一種習慣。人性如此，一旦習慣了別人的資助，就很難再心存感激，反而會把這份好意視為理所當然。這讓我深感不安，於是趁機勸了這位客戶——他今年已快50歲，距離退休不遠，與其繼續填這個無底洞，還不如好好為自己的晚年生活做規劃。 <br /> <br /><strong>及時止損，為自己而活</strong> <br /> <br />無巧不巧，她的先生今年剛好開刀，於是我建議她，不妨以「先生剛動完手術，身體需要休養，資金周轉困難」為由，暫停對小姑的金援，這樣既能避免尷尬，又能合理地讓對方意識到，這筆錢不能再無限度地索取。 <br /> <br />事實上，命主自己也早就察覺，這樣的支出讓她越來越吃不消，資金缺口越滾越大，每個月的匯款壓力，讓她已無法喘息。 <br /> <br />從投資理財的角度來看，資金的流動性極為重要。即便只是存定存，每年的利息也還能拿個1%～2%，雖然跑不贏通膨，但總比把錢借出去卻一毛錢都收不回來，還得每月支付貸款利息來得好、這種借貸模式，已經變成了「不良債務」，只會讓財務狀況越來越惡化。 <br /> <br /><strong>親情與金錢，務必要劃清界線</strong> <br /> <br />這件事讓我深刻體會到，親情歸親情，金錢歸金錢，兩者必須有清楚的界線。 <br /> <br />如果親戚間的金錢往來變成了單方面的「無條件資助」，而對方還不懂感恩，那就不是幫助，而是縱容。這樣的關係最可怕，因為只會讓受助者習慣依賴，甚至覺得「你不幫，就是你對不起我」。 <br /> <br />所以，一定要有所取捨，該幫的時候幫，但不能讓自己的財務狀況陷入危機。所謂「親兄弟，明算帳」，這不僅是保護自己，更是讓對方學會為自己的人生負責。 <br /> <br />這次的經歷，讓我對命盤與人生的思考又多了一層感悟。希望這位客戶能夠及時止損，好好為自己的未來做規劃，而不是繼續無止境地填補別人的財務黑洞。 <br /> <br /><a href target="_blank">#輕鬆學會科學八字推理</a></p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>
