<p>前回、ワークルールズ！という本で、</p><p>Googleの人材開発が、行動分析学をベースに</p><p>かなり色々な実験をして、よりよいアプローチを考えているのを知り、</p><p>マネジメントのカギは行動分析学なのではないか？と思った私たち。</p><p>基礎から学べる本を読んでみました！</p><p>行動分析学入門 ―ヒトの行動の思いがけない理由 (集英社新書)杉山尚子（著）</p><p><br /></p><p>「行動随伴性（こうどうずいはんせい）」・・・行動に伴って起こる前後の環境の変化をベースに、</p><p>これまでは意志が弱い、年を重ねて丸くなる、</p><p>といったふわっとした言葉について、</p><p>行動分析学からそのメカニズムを考えることができるようになりました！</p><p>優れたリーダーは指示、観察、フィードバックが</p><p>短いサイクルで行われる、という研究結果もあり</p><p>行動分析学、使えそうです！</p><p><br /></p><p>もう少し勉強していこうと思います◎</p><p><br /></p><p>Mari</p><p>ーーーー</p><p><br />instagramで最新回をお知らせします。 <a href="https://www.instagram.com/marikei.caritaaalk/" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@marikei.caritaaalk</a></p>
