<p>什么是真正的松弛感？<br>真正的松弛感，不是彻底的无欲无求，也不是毫不在乎。而是在极致的环境中，100%的投入，非常纯粹的享受当下那一刻。作为观众，我们都能感受到，那是一种从内在到外在的自然流动。<br><br>与松弛感对应的，是紧绷感。这种紧绷，和负重前行、苦大仇深、孤注一掷紧紧绑在一起，压抑、沉重，不成功便成仁。彷佛眼前，只能看到一条必须达到成功标准的路。这种紧绷感不仅是比赛的那一刻，也在每一个面临人生选择的时刻。踏错一步，好像人生就要被搞砸了。</p>
