<p>播客的小伙伴们我回来啦！去年底我在小报童分享了内容创作的年终复盘，发现播客是一个我很想做的内容形式，但是一直没找到好的形式和题材，让我可以持续创作。</p><p>我觉得内容和创作者也是有Product Market Fit（PMF）的，大概是Content Creator Fit。如果能够找到，就能保证创作者可以有源源不断的灵感和持续输出的能力。我复盘之后得到一个洞见：我应该比较适合自己说单口，不需要大量后期剪辑；同时内容可以是讲书。因为我阅读量大，爱分享，而且2017年就在喜马拉雅做过分享好书的栏目，当时做得也很开心。</p><p>所以flag立下：2024每月更新一本好书！</p><p>这期播客分享了我刚刚读完的《金钱博弈》（微信读书可以搜到）。故事是一家美国的Private Equity新桥资本如何在亚洲金融危机之后收购了韩国第一银行，又成功地提升运营，五年后转手卖出。作者有第一手视角，而且讲述非常翔实，对于任何做投资和做生意的人，都有非常多的启发。</p><p>我聊了聊这本书中最打动我的点，对于我的启发有哪些。短短半小时的分享不足以概括这本书的精彩，希望大家听完如果感兴趣，去找原书读一读！</p>
