<p>In today’s episode we dive into the benefits, risks and realities of modern weight loss drugs. Drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro have hit the world by storm, and as they become more accessible, will only continue to do so.</p> <p>There’s a lot of stigma and misunderstanding about them, and their side effects, so we wanted to share a balanced approach to how they could be integrated into a fitness journey.
