He found relief in smoking DMT which helped him to connect to people and learn about himself. 😎🥳🤩</p>

In episode two of Sacred Cows, Sarah shares her experience of finding out that her Uncle had been murdered and seeking justice through the court case. Trigger warning as this episode explores complex and raw emotions; anger, grief, loss and forgiveness. Mat shares his experience of losing his father to a driver under the influence and how forgiveness helped him to let go and move on. As a society we have to get better at supporting people who are grieving and those who have lost family members to suicide, criminal acts or inequalities.
