<p>サイン全般の製作・施工まで自社一貫で行っているサイン会社。高松東ファクトリーパーク入口に、本社工場とオフィスを構える。創業は、杉山社長の祖父・杉山忠重氏で、会社設立は1973年、自転車店を経営していた忠重氏が、店舗の空きスペースで「箔押し」を始めたのが出発点だ。金や銀色の箔押しは、年賀状などのアクセントや印象付けに用いられた。</p><p>ちなみに社名のホットスタンプは、この「箔押し」を指す。</p><p>2代目・国人氏の時代で、ゼネコン、官公庁、民間企業、一般ユーザーと顧客の幅を広げ、当時国内でも数台しかない大型レーザー加工機を導入、サイン業界ではトップクラスの製造ラインを立ち上げた。そして3代目の俊行社長、就任1年目をひた走る、32歳若きトップの思いと展望をトップインタビュー。</p><p><br></p>

<p>大正2年創業、モーターの巻き線コイル製造から始まった100年を超す老舗企業。現在は、官公庁、企業、一般家庭を問わず、電気設備の販売と改修・メンテナンスを行っている。エリアは四国全域で、最近ニュースとなった国内47番目のオープンとなったドン・キホーテ高知店の設備一式も請け負った実績も持つ。2023年、M&Aにより高松市に本社を置く、業界トップの三和電業と一緒になり、営業エリアが拡大、久保電機は香川県内トップ10に数えられるようになった。中川代表は、三和電業の出身で現在39歳、高専卒業後、入社20年で代表の座に就いたことになる。入社から4年後に配属された関西支店での「汗と涙とよだれの日々」、そこから38歳で、老舗の久保電機4代目の代表につくまでの情熱の日々と思いをトップインタビューです。</p><p><br></p>

<p>高松市庵治町に本社工場を構えるFGROW JAPAN、2001年創業し2023年に藪水産から現在の社名に変更した。水産物を中心とした食品加工業だが、寿司ネタを全国のスーパーや店舗に卸す業務では業界トップシェアを誇る。そして今、新しい扉を開いているのが、「海老」に特化した商品開発と一般消費者に直接届けるBtoCの分野だ。自社ブランド「海老乃家」を立ち上げ、現役ママ世代が発信する講談社のwith class mamaとコラボし、鮮度抜群で背ワタも取ったすぐ調理できる海老や揚げない海老フライなどを販売している。講談社が食品会社とコラボするのは初めてのこと、これをきっかけに</p><p>加工販売の幅は広がり、2024年過去最高益を上げた。そして、今度は4月3日オープンの実店舗展開だ。金毘羅さん参道にご注目！「参道えび海老乃屋」船田代表の目指す第一歩が、ここにある。</p><p><br></p>
