今回は、昨年末12/29に電話でメッセージを頂いた千葉県旭市の宇畑牧場へ行ってきた模様を放送。暖かな風の吹く中、フリーバーン牛舎の前で牛たちと共に、宇畑牧場三代目の宇畑耕作さんが迎えてくれました。牧場のある千葉県旭市の特徴、宇畑牧場の歴史、宇畑さんが継がれるまでの経緯、北海道から来た「もこちゃん」と、早産で危うい命を救われた「チョコちゃん」にまつわる物語、牛たちへの心遣いや、様々な経験談をお聞きしました。宇畑牧場の様子は次回4/27も紹介します。さらに、宇畑牧場、搾りたての牛乳を使ってつくられたジェラートを販売しているショップホームオブマザーズの、【おすすめジェラート6個セット】を、3名の方にプレゼント！（人気のミルフィーユ、バニラ、茶道の世界でも使われる上質な茶葉「抹茶金賞」他、おススメのフレーバー3種）応募方法など詳しくは番組ホームページをご覧ください。

先日、全国の若手酪農家の方々でつくる有志団体「USHINOBA」が初のフォーラムを東京都内で開催し参加してきました。酪農や乳業への理解を深めてもらうことを目的とし、各地の若手酪農家の方々や、農業関係者、乳業メーカー、学生さんなど、様々な立場の参加者が一堂に会し、パネルディスカッションや、グループディスカッションを通して、食や農業の将来像について、話されました。このフォーラムでパネルディスカッションに参加されていたUSHINOBAメンバー、北海道標津町☆Happy Land☆安達牧場の安達永輔さん真子さんご夫妻、富山県高岡市clover farmの青沼光さん、愛知県刈谷市清水牧場の清水一将さん、千葉県館山市須藤牧場の原正則さん、群馬県東吾妻町富澤牧場の富澤裕敏さんに、インタビューし、初開催となった「USHINOBAフォーラム」の感想と、今後の展望などについて語って頂きました。

今回は、埼玉県児玉郡上里町にある保延牧場の保延学さんからメッセージが届きました。牧場の歴史、就農に至るまでのエピソード、牛たちのために心掛けていること、地域との交流、牛乳の適正価格、消費者へのメッセージなどについて語られていました。そして、先週までゲスト出演して頂いた、(株)reve代表取締役社長の大竹泰さん主催の高校生限定クラブイベントFly High Tokyoが六本木 V2 Tokyoで3月27日に開催されました。お約束通り、牛乳で乾杯してもらうために牛乳を持って行ってきました。乾杯の様子に加え、出演したDJの新谷健太郎さん、スタッフの田中信乃介さん、主催者である大竹さんの想いなどを紹介しました。
