<p>● 要了命的花粉过敏</p><p>○ 洋葱：提前打了单克隆抗体，打了两年脱敏针，每天都在吃过敏药，效果怎么样？</p><p>● 来来回回反复的天气，热了又冷，冷了又热，怎么穿衣服？</p><p>○ 训练前后一定要穿保暖的衣服</p><p>○ 条件允许的话，准备一套更换的干衣物</p><p>○ 进山要背的东西：</p><p>■ 保暖层：美利奴美利奴美利奴！美利奴是好东西</p><p>■ 保温毯：进山的底线，还是一定要背上！</p><p>○ 路线的选择很重要，选一条安全的路线，就能避免很多突发天气问题的困扰</p><p>■ 强度适宜，不要过分挑战高难度路线，比如刀背岭这种路线</p><p>■ 尽量多的下撤点</p><p>○ 老生常谈的伤病问题：天气忽冷忽热，就容易感冒</p><p>■ 为什么感冒了？</p><p>■ 怎么避免：合适的天气，穿合适的衣服，跑完及时加衣服</p><p>■ 如果感冒了怎么办：维C补充，多休息，不要急</p><p>● 冬训没好好训练，天冷偷懒，现在要恢复训练了，不适应怎么办？</p><p>○ 周末不想进山？找朋友一起，有人一起训练比较不容易鸽子</p><p>○ 买点新装备</p><p>○ 报点比赛</p>
