新年度に新しい環境に移った方は、少しずつ慣れてくる時期ですね。新しい環境へ早く適応できるかだけではなく、不安も多少なりとも感じたりします。<br /> <br /> 未来への不安を大きく感じてしまう方は、もしかしたらこんな考え方かも？というお話です。

かつての私は、自己評価が低かったようです。できることはたくさんあっても、どれも「一番」ではない、だから強みがわからないという感覚でした。<br /> <br /> でも「一番」であることだけが強味ではないと今は思えるようになり、だからこそ自分の活かし方もわかってきたように思います。

2月に開催した「横浜メインプレゼン大会」、舞台のある会場での開催でした。当日の舞台の照明や演出などを主催側だけではできない部分の調整も、出場者皆さんの協力でいい形にできました。<br /> <br /> 力を合わせて作り上げるという感覚が、とても素敵でした。リアル会場だからこその本番の空気感があり、これからも継続していきたいイベントです。
