[고민사연] 안녕하세요. 현재 아파트 2채를 보유하고 있는데 그 중 하나를 딸에게 증여하려다 세금이 얼마나 나올지 궁금해서 사연 보냅니다. 저는 34평짜리 아파트에 살고 있고, 27평짜리 반전세로 임대를 주고 있는 아파트가 한 채 더 있습니다. 그런데 딸아이가 결혼하게 되면서 제가 살고 있는 아파트를 주려고 생각 중입니다. 세를 주고 있는 아파트는 팔려고 내놨고, 팔리게 되면 그 돈으로 저는 조금 작은 곳으로 이사를 가려구요. 딸 아이에게 주려는 34평 아파트의 시세는 5억 5천만 원 정도 인데요, 이걸 딸에게 주면 어떤 세금이 얼마나 나오게 될까요? 언뜻 5억 원 이하면 그냥 물려줘도 된다고 들은 것 같은데, 시세가 5억 5천만 원이니, 팔아서 돈으로 주는게 더 나은 건지 모르겠습니다. 세금은 전혀 모르니 무섭고 걱정이 되네요.
