「猜猜我是誰」詐騙類型手法，詐騙集團假冒「兒女」、「親戚」或「多年不見的友人」，透過電話與民眾聯繫，佯稱臨時急用或投資周轉等理由要求加LINE借錢，事後民眾聯絡到當事人確認無此事後才知被騙。 此類詐騙手法常讓長者感到困惑與無助，因為他們對親友的信任使他們容易上當受騙，警方提醒如接到以親友名義來電借錢，務必以舊有電話向當事人親自確認。而對方提供的匯款帳戶名稱與親友本人名字不同，詐騙的可能性將大幅提高，更應主動查證。另外可與親友約定專屬密語，做為懷疑對方身分時的確認。 北市警局婦幼警察隊呼籲民眾時刻保持警覺，社區鄰居相互提醒關照，遇有可疑來電請撥打110、165專線諮詢，以保障自身權益與財產安全，祝年節安心愉快。

#打詐臺北隊 #ATM解除分期付款詐騙 一、手法及話術解析 詐騙集團攻擊資安防護不足電子商務平臺或基金會之後臺資料庫，取得民眾的交易紀錄與個資，再假冒商家或基金會與銀行來電，謊稱因設定錯誤，將重複扣款，要求民眾操作ATM、網路銀行或至超商購買遊戲點數進行解除設定。民眾依照指示操作後，發現帳戶餘額減少，才知道上當受騙。 二、預防策略 (一)接獲陌生來電或境外來電(開頭有+)必須提高警覺，不要因為能明確說出交易明細而相信。 (二)接到來電以「誤設為重複扣款」、「升級VIP會員」、「系統出錯」等詐騙關鍵字就要提高警覺，應將電話掛斷後，自行查詢客服電話並撥打確認，或撥打165反詐騙諮詢專線諮詢。 (三)ATM只能「提款」與「轉帳」功能，不能解除分期付款或退款；遊戲點數亦只有儲值遊戲之功能，並無法解除任何設定或身分識別。

【無卡分期詐騙預防】宣導廣告 📣近期媒體報導，中部多所大學傳出學生遭「無卡分期」詐騙，不肖人士以投資手機、電腦等3C產品為由，「簽約立刻拿5千佣金」，鼓吹學生簽下5萬至10萬元不等的無卡分期契約，不但產品沒拿到，還被融資公司催繳款項😱 🙏天下沒有白吃的午餐、小心求證提高警覺、不簽本票不提供身分證、揪下線導致受害人更多😭 🌟謹記防詐騙3C原則：冷靜、查證、撥165，不要起貪念，方能保護自已不受詐騙
