<p>In this episode, we're tackling a challenge many of us face: feeling like our homes are in complete chaos. With busy schedules and active households, it's easy to get overwhelmed. But here's some encouraging news—your home probably isn't as messy as it feels. Join me as I share practical tips for a quick 5-10 minute tidy that can dramatically transform your living spaces without the need for deep cleaning or vacuuming.</p> <p>We’ll dive into some of my favorite tips, like setting a timer, focusing on high-impact areas, and involving the whole family in tidying up. I'll also cover those notorious "hot spots" in our homes that quickly become cluttered, like the shoes entryway, mail and paperwork, and kitchen counters, and share strategies to keep them under control.</p> <p>Remember, the goal isn’t perfection—it's about making small, manageable changes that make a big impact. And as we go about our daily routines, let's remember that our ultimate source of peace and order is Jesus.</p> <p>Head over to <a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/the-benefits-of-a-quick-tidy-transforming-your-home-in-minutes/'>ThankfulHomemaker.com </a>for full show notes on all the links and resources mentioned in today's episode. </p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/category/homemaking/homemaking-encouragement/'>List of Homemaking Encouragment Posts & Podcasts</a></p> <p><a href='https://www.datenightfam.org/listen/homemaking'>10 Tips for Beginning Homemakers @Date Night with the Woods</a></p> <p>RESOURCES:</p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/free-library/'>Join Thankful Homemaker for access to the Free Library of Resources</a></p> <p>Follow <a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com'>ThankfulHomemaker</a> on <a href='https://www.facebook.com/thankfulhomemaker'>Facebook</a>, <a href='https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_GyN83AlPEjFgIg2jCekIQ'>YouTube</a>, <a href='https://www.pinterest.com/mferrell/'>Pinterest</a> & <a href='https://www.instagram.com/thankfulhomemaker/'>Instagram</a></p> <p><a href='https://www.patreon.com/thankfulhomemaker'>Patreon Support</a></p> <p>Join the <a href='https://www.facebook.com/groups/1301046570003668/'>Thankful Homemaker Facebook Group</a></p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/podcast/'>Subscribe to the Podcast on Your Favorite App </a></p> <p><a href='https://shop.thankfulhomemaker.com'>Online Courses & Printables</a></p> <p><a href='https://www.passionfroot.xyz/thankful-homemaker'>Advertise/Sponsor the Podcast</a></p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/store/'>Thankful Homemaker Merchandise</a></p> <p><a href='https://pages.donately.com/thankfulhomemaker/form/frm_e21c283d940f'>Buy Marci a Cup of Coffee xo</a> </p> <p> </p>

<p>In this episode, we discuss the theology behind biblical hospitality and explore practical ways to implement it in our daily lives. True hospitality is not about having a spotless home or serving gourmet meals; it's about building relationships and making others feel welcome and loved, always pointing them to Christ. By keeping hospitality simple and focusing on people over details, we allow genuine relationships to develop.</p> <p>Christian hospitality is a lifestyle, not just a special occasion. It's about serving others sacrificially, even when it's inconvenient. We'll discuss the importance of hospitality in the Christian life and walk through some practical tips for involving our children. Plus, I'll share some simple ideas to keep gatherings stress-free and enjoyable. Join us as we embrace the heart of biblical hospitality together.</p> <p>Head over to <a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/ep-161-cultivating-biblical-hospitality-in-your-home-and-life/'>ThankfulHomemaker.com </a>for full show notes on all the links and resources mentioned in today's episode. </p> <p>RESOURCES:</p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/free-library/'>Join Thankful Homemaker for access to the Free Library of Resources</a></p> <p>Follow <a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com'>ThankfulHomemaker</a> on <a href='https://www.facebook.com/thankfulhomemaker'>Facebook</a>, <a href='https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_GyN83AlPEjFgIg2jCekIQ'>YouTube</a>, <a href='https://www.pinterest.com/mferrell/'>Pinterest</a> & <a href='https://www.instagram.com/thankfulhomemaker/'>Instagram</a></p> <p><a href='https://www.patreon.com/thankfulhomemaker'>Patreon Support</a></p> <p>Join the <a href='https://www.facebook.com/groups/1301046570003668/'>Thankful Homemaker Facebook Group</a></p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/podcast/'>Subscribe to the Podcast on Your Favorite App </a></p> <p><a href='https://shop.thankfulhomemaker.com'>Online Courses & Printables</a></p> <p><a href='https://www.passionfroot.xyz/thankful-homemaker'>Advertise/Sponsor the Podcast</a></p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/store/'>Thankful Homemaker Merchandise</a></p> <p><a href='https://pages.donately.com/thankfulhomemaker/form/frm_e21c283d940f'>Buy Marci a Cup of Coffee xo</a> </p>

<p>Whenever I am asked, "Who has made an impact on your life?" my mind is drawn to my grandmother. My grandmother is a beautiful woman who had a significant impact on me as a homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother.</p> <p>In this episode, I share some insights into my grandmother's life (she lived to be 102!), the lessons she taught me, and the example she set for me on being a homemaker. </p> <p>My hope is that this episode will remind us to cherish each moment, love generously, and reflect God's grace and love in everything we do.</p> <p>Head over to <a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/cherishing-the-love-of-my-grandmother/'>ThankfulHomemaker.com</a> for full show notes on all the links and resources mentioned in today's episode. </p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/the-influence-of-godly-mothers-grandmothers/'>EP 145: The Influence of Godly Mothers and Grandmothers</a></p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/?s=titus+2'>Titus 2 Posts & Podcast at Thankful Homemaker</a></p> <p>RESOURCES:</p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/free-library/'>Join Thankful Homemaker for access to the Free Library of Resources</a></p> <p>Follow <a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com'>ThankfulHomemaker</a> on <a href='https://www.facebook.com/thankfulhomemaker'>Facebook</a>, <a href='https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_GyN83AlPEjFgIg2jCekIQ'>YouTube</a>, <a href='https://www.pinterest.com/mferrell/'>Pinterest</a> & <a href='https://www.instagram.com/thankfulhomemaker/'>Instagram</a></p> <p><a href='https://www.patreon.com/thankfulhomemaker'>Patreon Support</a></p> <p>Join the <a href='https://www.facebook.com/groups/1301046570003668/'>Thankful Homemaker Facebook Group</a></p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/podcast/'>Subscribe to the Podcast on Your Favorite App </a></p> <p><a href='https://shop.thankfulhomemaker.com'>Online Courses & Printables</a></p> <p><a href='https://www.passionfroot.xyz/thankful-homemaker'>Advertise/Sponsor the Podcast</a></p> <p><a href='https://thankfulhomemaker.com/store/'>Thankful Homemaker Merchandise</a></p> <p><a href='https://pages.donately.com/thankfulhomemaker/form/frm_e21c283d940f'>Buy Marci a Cup of Coffee xo</a> </p>
