by Molly Knuth
Welcome to The Found Podcast with Molly Knuth, a podcast for women who are founding and getting found with their businesses online. I’m your host Molly Knuth, and my mission is to help women in rewrite how we live and work on our own terms. We want to grow families, impact others for the better, and be a positive force in our communities…but we also want to have a fulfilling life, ya know? In the past 6 years I’ve gone from a stay-at-home mom to a freelance social media marketer to a #bossbabe managing client needs, talented team members, and my husband and four kiddos and our little farm in Eastern Iowa. What I’ve learned in that time is that it’s not just about going full force or any one-size-fits-all strategy a business owner. It takes you leaning into your unique gifts, intuition, and goals, and learning about who you are as a person along the way. So come along for lessons and stories from female founders growing and scaling businesses with energetics, tried-and-true tactics, and high-vibe personal growth. Be ready to get found.

<p class="" data-start="164" data-end="496">This week on The Found Podcast, we're continuing our conversation on one of the most important ingredients for female entrepreneurs and small business owners in 2025: <strong data-start="356" data-end="369">community</strong>. And who better to help us dig deeper into this topic than returning guest and true community-building expert, Emily Reuschel?</p> <p class="" data-start="498" data-end="822">Emily is a rural wife, mom, and multi-passionate entrepreneur with a heart for growth and connection. From her early career as a teacher and camp counselor to her current work facilitating masterminds and leading in-person retreats, Emily’s mission is clear: help women come home to themselves and find belonging with others.</p> <p class="" data-start="824" data-end="1167">In this episode, we explore the many forms community can take: virtual, in-person, and even niche-based (yes, we even have a moment to ooh and aah over the Empyrean series!). Emily brings her grounded insight, tangible advice, and heartfelt encouragement to the table, reminding us that finding your people starts with intention, energy, and a willingness to be seen.</p> <p class="" data-start="1169" data-end="1390">If you’ve been craving real connection this year, or wondering where to even begin, this conversation is a must-listen. And be sure to stick around all the way to the end. Emily’s final thoughts are a gentle but powerful nudge to take the next step.</p> <p class="" data-start="1392" data-end="1424"><strong data-start= "1392" data-end="1422">In this episode, we cover:</strong></p> <ul data-start="1425" data-end="1808"> <li class="" data-start="1425" data-end="1478"> <p class="" data-start="1427" data-end="1478">Emily’s journey from educator to community leader</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1479" data-end="1538"> <p class="" data-start="1481" data-end="1538">The value and dynamics of virtual vs. local communities</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1539" data-end="1610"> <p class="" data-start="1541" data-end="1610">How shared passions and niche interests can create unexpected bonds</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1611" data-end="1673"> <p class="" data-start="1613" data-end="1673">The energy and magic that come from intentional gatherings</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1674" data-end="1740"> <p class="" data-start="1676" data-end="1740">Practical tips for finding or creating community that fits you</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1741" data-end="1808"> <p class="" data-start="1743" data-end="1808">How vulnerability leads to deeper connection—online and offline</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong data-start="1810" data-end="1832">Resources & Links:</strong><br data-start="1832" data-end="1835" /> 🎙 Listen to Emily’s first episode on The Found Podcast <a href= "https://mollyknuthmedia.com/2023/02/28/emily-reuschel-of-gather-in-growth/">here</a>.<br data-start="1906" data-end="1909" /> 📚 Learn more about Emily and her work at <a href= "https://emilyreuschel.com/">emilyreuschel.com</a> or give her a <a href="https://www.instagram.com/emilyreuschel/">follow on IG</a>.<br data-start="1979" data-end="1982" /> 💬 Let us know what resonated with you—DM us or leave a review!</p>
