For this episode, we're shifting gears and taking a more personal approach.

Turning the tables, Coach Scott and Coach Michelle take a turn as guests on the podcast, to talk about their personal journeys through this year so far - both experiencing different challenges that have forced them to change, adjust and grow.

Scott and Michelle were both very open on some very personal subjects, so that we can learn and relate. We discuss the onset of illness, injury, and burnout/overtraining, the process of identifying it, treating it, finding your way back, the non-linear trajectory of returning to training, how goals and plans might change, and understanding that its ok to change your mind!

We hope you enjoy and find this episode both informative and helpful.

You can learn more about More Miles Run Coaching, each coach individually, and our services at:

www.moremilestogo.com

Or follow us at:

instagram.com/moremilesruncoaching

facebook.com/moremilesruncoaching

youtube.com/@moremilesruncoaching
