今年(113年)9月21日中華聾人協會主辦之世界手語日慶祝活動完美落幕，其中展現了我國在各部會所屬單位都非常肯定與支持手語的重要性，也在許多層面努力推廣手語，例如客語協會推出客語繪本搭配手語拍成故事影片，還有文化部委託工研院在文化展演活動中研發5G共感背心，這一集特別邀請促成手語成為國家語言的主要推手—黃花老師--黃淑芬理事長來與我們談談目前手語在各年齡層融入一般社會的狀況如何?還有哪些需要改善的地方?黃理事長近期才剛從日本考察回來，藉由這一次的自助旅行，實地使用日本當地的無障礙設施和與當地的聾人團體接觸，有甚麼令人意外的新奇經驗呢?黃淑芬理事長其實也是可以以口語溝通的，但是為求聽眾朋友能夠聽得更清楚本次訪問特別由手語翻譯員許晶喬小姐擔任黃理事長的手語翻成口語服務。歡迎收聽「聽見你說愛我」。 PART 1精選內容: 受到國家語言發展法影響，當新住民語和原住民語都爭取成為國家語言時，手語也因此在許多聾人前輩的奔走抗議之下成為國家語言之一。之後在公車候車亭還有公車上、捷運上都因而設立字幕和提供候車資訊，甚至銀行、法院、醫院也都設有叫號機，更成立手語翻譯員的服務，現在看來受惠者不只是聾人而已，社會大眾整體的生活因而更便利了!相較於日本並未將手語設置成為國家語言，雖然在這些部分略為遜色，可是卻在一般日常事務上相當重視聾人們的需求，例如我國在今年8月1日衛福部才開始設立手語視訊轉譯服務(VRS, VRI)，其實在日本已經設置有26年之久了，到底VRS, VRI能提供聾人哪些服務呢?你知道私人需要像是訂便當都可以透過視訊要求手語翻譯服務呢! -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>

PART 2 目前在實驗的驗證階段有哪些展場可以試試看5G 共感背心呢?目前全台只有桃園展演中心可以提供合作的表演供民眾預約喔！!而且桃園展演中心多年來與國教院合作提供桃園地區所有小學四年級的學生搭乘免費的專車「牽手進劇場」欣賞音樂、戲劇或舞蹈表演，未來也希望班級有聽障生的小學生可以一起來體驗看看，藉由這個設備讓一般學校的聽障同學也能和大家一起更接近藝術!目前規劃藝術體驗活動一直到國高中都有不同深度的體驗，讓對藝術有興趣的學生們可以更深入探索，想知道有哪些活動嗎? -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
