<p>才24歲的小女生郭小瑄興趣多元、勇於嘗試，高職學的是機械繪圖，畢業後入伍當起消防兵，退伍後因有繪圖專長，對太陽能產業前景看好，於是先到太陽能建設公司當繪圖員，工作期間接觸大量太陽能相關知識，對產業萌生興趣，決定轉換跑道當工程師，在朋友建議下，報名雲嘉南分署的太陽能光電班，在專業老師帶領下，搭配完整紮實的實作訓練，結訓前取得太陽光電乙級、室內配線與工業配線丙級3張證照，訓後順利到業界上班。現在小瑄鎖太陽能板、配電、接線動作專業又俐落，也樂在其中、不以為苦，她用自身經驗鼓勵想要學技能或轉換跑道的人，要勇於嘗試，努力去執行，只要堅定信念，就能走出自己的一片天。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>
