<p>ちょっとメンテのコモモです。</p> <p>日中の緊張が夜まで続いてしまって、ベッドに入ってもなかなか寝付けない、眠りに入るまで時間がかかる方に向けて、今日は眠りに入るための瞑想を行います。</p> <p>体の緊張が解いて、脱力するために、最初に1分だけ動きますが、あとは聞くだけです。</p> <p>聴きながら眠ってしまってかまいません。</p> <p>一日の終わりに、自分の体にだけ意識を向け、他のことは何も考えず、集中していく時間を作っていきます。</p> <p>布団に入って、仰向けになったら、始めていきましょう。</p> <p>YouTubeで動画を確認したい方はこちら</p> <p><a href="https://youtu.be/j2XGDIX3cV8">https://youtu.be/j2XGDIX3cV8</a></p>
