駕駛考試沿用多年的「黃紙」（紙本駕駛考試表格)）已於2022年被「電子駕駛考試表格」取代。傳統「黃紙」需要人手整理、審核和輸入數據，而電子化後，不但提升了駕駛考試的工作效率，還縮短了市民取得駕駛執照的時間。 臨近退休的運輸署高級考牌主任謝宇生，多年來見證駕駛考試服務的轉變，他致力確保駕駛考試服務穩定和提升專業水平的信念，感染了其他同事將此精神及經驗傳承下去。 編導：吳家榮

香港海關是搗截違禁品的第一道防線，也是香港最鞏固的閘門。香港海關總關員張裕豹曾駐守不同口岸，經過多年的訓練，令他在工作能細心觀察外，亦能保持高度警覺性，表現出剛毅精神。但他亦有「柔」的一面：他會關心市民需要，用同理心去執行任務，令同事及市民對他的工作都予以肯定。 除了日常職務，張裕豹也曾擔任不少支援工作，時常提出改善工作流程的建議。這種勇於嘗試及表達的精神，正好能表現現今公務員的工作態度。 編導：黃建民
