<p>V 90. letech se usadil v Peru mezi indiány kmene Shipibo, začal objevovat jejich kulturu i tradice a vše přenášel na plátna. Soubor rozměrných děl vystavil na prestižní adrese – v pražském Obecním domě.</p><p>Při vleklých problémech s ramenem ho léčil šaman, před ateliérem uprostřed pralesa mu postavili diskotéku. „Amazonie mě neustále překvapuje a inspiruje, život tam se neomrzí,“ říká malíř Otto Placht v první epizodě podcastu Umění a sběratelství.</p>
