<ul> <li>オフショア難しすぎる <ul> <li>ベトナム支社があり、本格的に開発を任せつつある</li> <li>が、品質に 難あり</li> <li>教育しつつではあるもののなかなか難しい…</li> <li>文化の壁、言葉の壁</li> </ul> </li> <li>メインPCを買い替えた話 <ul> <li>普段メインで使っているwindowsマシンを変えました</li> <li>前のマシンは7年前に買ったゲーミングPC</li> <li>モンハンの要求スペックを満たせなかった</li> <li>本体SSDが足りなかった <ul> <li>ブラウザの閲覧にも困る状況だった</li> </ul> </li> <li>https://www.dospara.co.jp/TC30/MC17439.html</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <hr /> <ul> <li>SSDが壊れた話 <ul> <li>家のデスクトップに増設したSSDが壊れたぽい</li> <li>Windowsが突如フリーズしてブルースクリーンになる</li> <li>その後何度起動しても修復セットアップから抜けられない</li> <li>BIOSの設定画面みてみたらSSDが消えていた</li> <li>しばらく待つと復旧する</li> <li>しかしWindowsを起動して3-10分くらい待つとまた同じ症状</li> <li>しょうがないのでメーカーに問い合わせた <ul> <li>交換してもらいたかったが返品・返金対応のほうが早いのでおすすめとのこと</li> </ul> </li> <li>今新しいSSDを注文して届いた</li> <li>SSDのスロット3つあるはずだが、ひとつがグラボの下にあって使えない。 <ul> <li>簡易水冷なのであんまりさわりたくなかった。 <ul> <li>結局グラボ外してSSDつけた。案外簡単にいけた。</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li>どうやって今のSSDからデータを移すか。。 <ul> <li>結局移さないことにした <ul> <li>Windows自体の設定はたいしたことしていないのでChromeにログインさえすれば事足りる。あとfancy zoneくらい。</li> <li>問題はWSL <ul> <li>移行を考えていなかったのでfish.configとかdocker周りとかターミナルの設定とか再度設定するのが大変。まだ途中。</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul>

<ul> <li>ギター買いました <ul> <li>Acoustasonic® Player Telecaster® <ul> <li>https://www.fender.com/acoustasonic/player/ja</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li>久しぶりにハーフマラソン出る <ul> <li>https://jounetsu-halfmarathon.net/</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <hr /> <ul> <li>結構前に新宿シティマラソンに出たのでその感想など <ul> <li>2025/1/25開催</li> <li>10km (ハーフ枠もあったがすでにいっぱいだった）</li> <li>国立競技場スタートゴール</li> <li>ほぼ練習してなかった（月間走行距離20kmとか)ので6 min/km くらいで走るつもりだった</li> <li>ところが実際は 周りの雰囲気にあてられて5分前半くらいのペースで走った</li> <li>街中走るの楽しい！</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
