<p>Bodo Busse übernimmt ab der kommenden Saison die Intendanz der Staatsoper Hannover. Dafür gilt es natürlich, einen interessanten und abwechslungsreichen Spielplan zu entwerfen. Den wird die Öffentlichkeit Anfang Mai erfahren.</p><p><br></p><p>Aber es gibt noch viel mehr wichtige Aspekte für einen Opernintendanten unserer Tage. Wie ist der Status der Oper, vor allem in Zeiten immer knapper werdender Mittel für Kultur? Wer ist das Publikum von heute und wie gewinnt sich das von morgen? <p><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Wohl kaum ein Beruf hat ursprünglich einen beengteren Arbeitsplatz - die Souffleuse oder der Souffleur. Der klassische Souffleurkasten ist heute allerdings oft gar nicht mehr zu sehen, er passt nicht mehr in Inszenierungen und Bühnenbilder. Der Beruf ist nichtsdestotrotz von größter Wichtigkeit.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Was genau macht eine Souffleuse? Was muss sie können, was sind Voraussetzungen, welche Herausforderungen gilt es im Berufsalltag zu bewältigen? Über diese und viele weitere Fragen erzählt Karin Seinsche, eine der beiden Souffleusen der Staatsoper Hannover.</span></p>

<p>Was kann, darf, soll ein Regisseur, wie weit darf er mit der Vorlage, und mit den Vorgaben eines Komponisten, gehen, wenn er eine Oper inszeniert? Diese Frage ist wahrlich nicht neu, bietet gleichwohl immer wieder neuen Zündstoff für Diskussionen. Der Komponist Georg Friedrich Haas hat im vergangenen September mit seinem im VAN-Magazin veröffentlichten "Plädoyer für ein neues Musiktheater" eine solche Debatte angestoßen. Wie es dazu kam und wie er, als Opernkomponist, sich ein neues, künftiges Musiktheater vorstellt, wird er im Gespräch erläutern. </p>
