在依附關係裡的「差不多定律」。這個差不多可以包含外在環境、生活方式產生興趣愛好與共感。也可以因為內在「同病相憐」「不完善家庭」「發生經歷」產生共鳴。 而大多人們都會因為後者內在共鳴產生不可抗的因素。因為越脆弱地方往往需要被理解，當這個傷口是有人能承接時，跨越情感距離就會大幅增加。所以才會有兩個靈魂相互療癒的説法。 在這邊如果兩個人是可以彼此一起治療傷痛、撫平恐懼、共同成長學習、相互鼓勵 這段關係大概率是可以走下去，也可以走成對的人、對的關係。 我們如何選擇好伴侶在這邊要注意避免三種狀態「誤以為是愛」 第一種：當自身狀態非常差的時候，你能明顯感受到自身想法是負面和消極和不快樂時， 這時就要小心外界突如其來關心，容易產生意亂情迷。 第二種：剛分手、離婚，切記太快進入下一段關係。 一定要給自己多一點「空窗期」使自己更加清醒。 第三種：家人、朋友、自身年齡逼迫自己成家、結婚。 不管是催促，還是自身太著急，這種狀態下大多都會產生不太好結果。 對的人會促使彼此成長，能使彼此共同推進， 兩個人在一起一定要變得更強，王者才能稱得上榮耀。

靈性理論認為，緣份至深兩個人之間的連結是深刻而且持久的，這種連結可以在夢境中表現出來，甚至心臟情感反應也能有所感知。這可能被視為宇宙、潛意識訊息，暗示他們之間情感、靈性連結正在加強。 心電感應的核心在於模仿他人的思想頻率。主要是當下情感、思想交流。透過認同、接受和無條件的愛，可以讓自己與他人處於相似的振動波長上，進一步加強直覺力與心靈連結，俗稱：情感共振和同理心。 嘗試理解他人的情緒和思想，並讓自己的思想頻率與對方同步。這種共振能幫助我們更準確預測他人的行動和想法，產生心電感應。 預判能力能夠預見未來事件能力。通常與直覺、預感、第六感相關。對於未來事件感知，使我們能夠在未來事件發生之前獲得某種形式知識、預測。直覺反應常常表現為一種強烈直覺感，讓我們感覺到某些事情即將發生。

許多不擅長表達情感的人，往往在童年時期經歷了「情感忽視」。當照顧者未能滿足我們情感需求時，我們可能會選擇隱藏自己情緒，這種行為在成年後仍然延續。 這使我們在面對負面情緒時，會選擇「沉默、偽裝」，「退縮、封閉自己」而不是直接表達出來。 「一切防衛機制，都是我們為了逃避痛苦而向自己撒的謊。」 而情感忽視往往延伸逃避行為和長期壓抑，以至於產生自卑心理。 逃避行為更多表現在外部行動上，通過行動拖延、轉移注意力來實現， 可以是有意識或無意識，迴避外部壓力的來源，更容易被察覺，長期下來可能導致長期焦慮以及情緒狀態。 壓抑是無意識將痛苦和不可接受的想法、記憶情感和情緒推入潛意識，以減少焦慮和內心衝突。壓抑是一種內在心理過程，更深層次影響我們潛意識。 這兩者都來自心理防衛機制，這些機制是為了避免痛苦而自我保護反應， 當面對強烈情感（如失去、焦慮），這些機制會反射我們選擇麻痺自己、忽視問題。
